Decorated Paper Bag - WOJ Challenge & DT Call

Good Morning!

Well a couple of weeks ago I saw the Magnolia Challenge which was to decorate a brown paper bag.

I didn't have any at the time but ever since seeing that I had it on my mind so eventually I bought some! It's taken me about 2 weeks to finally getting around to decorate and I finally did it last night.

I am really pleased with how it turned out I am in love with it lol

I am infact thinking of making some as Christmas Cards for some of my special friends lol

Anyway I'l stop babbling on and show you the pics as there is infact quite a few! lol

Hello!

Creative Inspirations - Distressing!

Well it looks like the sun is back here again, I hope it isn't for too long lol

we have another easy challenge, this week it is :- DISTRESSING.

For my card I decided to use some of the Black Magic Coredinations cardstock.

I got a piece of sandpaper and scrubbed along the edges for my distressed look :)

It took me ages to get a picture last night of it due to the dullness of the weather, I really need to buy another daylight lamp! lol

Well the rain has returned! I have to say I am rather glad I love the cosiness of when your inside to the sound of it raining! lol

Creative Inspirations - Gems / Pearls!

Good Morning!

This week over at CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS we have a much easier challenge after last weeks Masking.

This week our theme is to use GEMS / PEARLS on your work.

This card is also for the MOJO MONDAY Challenge.

I am still feeling really ill, I think I have a sinus infection as neck is really sore and it feels as if my glands have swollen up there, aswell as getting headaches and blocked nose lol

Im sure you don't really need to know but I have told you anyway lol

Suprisingly I managed to get my card done yesterday for this challenge, it really did take it out of me though! lol Here it is :-

Also I have invested in 2 more personalised stamps for the back of my cards. I have bought a christmas one aswell as the one you can see on the reverse of this card.

Well it looks like the sunshine is back! Yesterday it was grey and drizzy, still humid however but now it looks like the sun is back with a vengeance! lol

Aswell as receiving my Magnolias yesterday I received my Gorjuss Girls today, I can't wait to play but I have ran out of EZ-Mount :(

WOJ Guest Designer Sketch ....

Good Afternoon!

Wow are we having a heatwave, seriously I wonder when it's going to end! lol

I was doing some gardening this afternoon ( May seem a bit odd for an 18yr old to do) and I got that hot I ended up grabbing the hosepipe and spraying it all over my face!!

I have to say it was very refreshing! lol

Creative Inspirations - Masking!

Good Morning!

I know I don't usually put this post up until dinnertime but I have a meeting around the time I normally do tomorrow, so instead of writing it later I thought it would be better earlier! lol

This week over at

CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS

we have the theme of MASKING.

Now like I said on the blog, this technique does seem daunting before you try it but you once you have you fall in love with it! Masking is where you combine 2 seperate stamps to look like 1.

Even some of our team hadn't tried it before so I hope you all do :)
