Joanna Sheen - So Sweet!

Good Morning!
Well it is officially my birthday! I have a lovely little pile of cards to open from Crafty friends that I have been itching to open ever since they started arriving lol Today should also be spent having a little shopping spree and a bite to eat, fingers crossed it's a good day!

Onto today's card and it's what I made for this fortnight's challenge over at JOANNA SHEEN of So Sweet! I decided to use an image that I thought was extremely sweet that I was sent a while ago. 

I'd like to enter this into the following challenge:
