'Clean & Simple' Tilda Birthday Cards!

Good Morning!

How is everyone's weekend going? I'm rather enjoying mine considering I'm full of cold lol It was grey and rainy yesterday and before I got onto a spot of crafting I decided to do some cooking as it had been a while since I last had.

I made some Cheese Biscuits - some with Jalapeno Peppers on top and some with Sun-Dried Tomatoes ... and of course seeing I had made something savoury I had to make something sweet ... I went for a Chocolate & Coffee Cake! Yum Yum! lol

Anyway's I'l get onto what I have to share with you today. I decided to try something a little different the other day that isn't my usual style, I think the 'Clean & Simple' style is great for last minute cards.

I have put Glitter on the Presents on the 1st Card and on the Cake's Icing on the 2nd Card.

Good Morning!

It's the start of the weekend and I hope you all have something lovely planned, I am currently full of cold and was suffering from a migrain yesterday evening so I doubt i'l have a very exciting weekend, compared to last week's where I would've been somewhere in Italy & Spain on my cruise at this time lol

LOTV Star Of Wonder!

Good Morning!

As you know I received the goodies I chose from SSS yesterday so I obviously couldn't resist having a play as soon as I arrived! I was digging around some Stamped Images and came across this LOTV one which I think is a cutie :)

I chose this MS Punch as I thought that not only is it great for Halloween cards but it also would work on Christmas ones too as snow.

Strawberry Tilda Notes Holder!

Good Afternoon!

Just popping by this afternoon to share a little something with you.

Today is my Mother's Birthday and I made her a little present, a Tilda Notes Holder!

I don't usually make Altered items but I am really pleased with this, I have made it as a Hanger so it can go in the kitchen.

Some Exciting News!

Good Morning!

I have some exciting news to share with you all today! I found this out a couple of weeks ago and have been keeping it quiet ... until now.

I have been asked to join the Design Team over at CHARISMA CARDZ!

There are a few others joining the team also and they have decided to spice it up a bit!

They have given the Challenge Blog a new look and separated the Design Team into 2 Teams. Team Carly and Team Gem. Each team will take it in terms to design each week but we are allowed to join in with the others if we so please :) I am part of Team Gem so I don't start until this week but Team Carly are kicking it off this week so please go check out their lovely designs!

Wow I am so pleased that blogger managed to schedule my posts for me, I was a tad worried that it wouldn't work properly! But I am back from my cruise now :) It went way too fast for my liking and it feels so weird being back home .... I just want to go back!

Everybody Art - Sketch!

Good Morning!

Hope you have all had a lovely weekend! Yet again we have the same Challenge at ASFOS of Tags but we do have a new Challenge at EVERYBODY ART and that is a Sketch for you all!

I shall have to add the Challenges this fits when I get home later today as I haven't a clue what they are seeing this is a scheduled post lol

I have to admit I LOVE the Card I have done for this Challenge and I do hope it doesn't make me seem big-headed lol I just think it looks really pretty with the tree's lol

The tree's are made from a Magnolia Stamp that came with last year's Fall Kit, I stamped on chipboard then embossed them with Silver Pearl & Clear Powder and then added White Glitter to one.

I have added Polar White Flowersoft to underneath Tilda and the Snowflakes around her.
