The Ribbon Girl Card Challenge - Lace & Pearls !

It's time for this months Card Challenge over at the RIBBON GIRL CHALLENGE and this month's theme is Lace & Pearls! 

I decided to make a Christmas card but with a colour scheme you wouldn't normally use.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Embossing !

Good Morning!

It's the first Saturday of the month which means it's time for our new monthly challenge over at PBSC and this time the theme is 'Embossing!' 

I have used one of the older Penny Black stamps that I have and kept today's card Clean & Simple. For the Embossing Aspect I inked up the stamp with Distress Ink then covered the stamped image with Sticky Embossing Powder, once this had been heated up I sprinkled some Distress Glitter over the top!

Good Afternoon!

We have a new challenge starting at PAPERTAKE WEEKLY today of Take Your Pick! 

Whenever we have these challenges we give you an option of 4 different themes to play along with. 

The choices this time are to use a Sketch, Autumn Colours, a Technique of Embossing and finally there's the option to use Distress Inks.

My Mums Craft Shop - Christmas Tag !

Good Morning!

Today I have something that I shared over on the MMCS BLOG earlier this week. I have created a Christmas Tag using one of the recent Wild Rose Studio stamps.

The Die is the same one that I used on my last blog MMCS post, I just love the stitched edges! The floral die in the background is also a new Die that I treated myself to a couple of week's ago from the recent Penny Black release.
