Papertake Weekly - A Hazy Shade of Autumn!

Good Morning!

Woohoo I am finally back with a DT project for PAPERTAKE WEEKLY this week! I've had to cut back on a few of my DT commitments recently due to the move so I am so glad that I managed to make something for today's :) This week we have the challenge of a hazy shade of Autumn. 

I decided to make another tag for today and you may recognise the stamped image from a few weeks ago where I used the same design on a card for J&C Creations. I stamped out the image in varying strengths of  ink and this is the original design. I have also managed to use my Kraft Glassline on this tag as I thought it went really well with the distress stains used on the background.

Another Peek!

Good Afternoon!

I just thought I'd share with you some more photo's of my house as I have managed to do a little more to it recently :) As you may remember the Craft Room had those horrid dark blue curtains with marks all over them ... well not anymore!

I managed to find these online for a tenner so I snapped them right up! lol

I've also done a bit more to my living room and I found this gorgeous glass table last week which fits in this space perfectly with a little arrangement on top! I also updated my sofa a bit with a red throw and matching cushion to go with my Curtains.

I have also bought a red shaggy rug to go infront of the sofa underneath the table, I'm just waiting for that to be delivered so when that has arrived I shall get a photo of them all together for you all. I also decided to get a red curtain to go across the front door just to make the room seem a little more cosy and these poppy frames and clock just because they looked nice! lol

Of course I couldn't forget my two doggies that are at my parent's house so the closest thing I could get to having them with me is this photo canvas! Pride of place above my TV lol

I've also managed to do some mroe to my Bedroom & Bathroom but I shall share them photo's with you on Thursday. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

J&C Creations - Wild Rose Studio Christmas in Monochrome!

Good Morning!

Today I have my second card of the week to share with you all for J&C CREATIONS! You might remember me mentioning on Monday that we are focusing all week on the new Christmas Wild Rose Studio products and I chose the 'Anabelle's Christmas Feeding Robbins' Stamp.

Today's card I have used this stamp in a Monochrome colour scheme and it is actually the first time that I have tried this tecnique on my actual stamped image. I have to say though that I do rather like it so expect to see it a bit more in the future ;)

J&C Creations Monthly Challenge!

Good Morning!

It's time for a new challenge this month over at our CHALLENGE BLOG for J&C CREATIONS which is Cute Christmas! I will admit now that when I made my card the 'cute' part completely slipped my mind (oops!) but I'm sure somebody might think that the baubles are cute ... hmmm ... lol We were also asked to use either the new Wild Rose Studio Stamps or 2012 PB Stamps on our creations. Seeing I have already used Wild Rose Studio this week I decided to use this gorgeous stamp from one of the new PB T-Sets.

J&C Creations - Wild Rose Studio Christmas!

Good Morning!

Wow I can't believe the weekend has come and gone so fast ... I finally managed to start getting some craft stuff moved into my house (woohoo) I've only got the 'essentials' to start with as I still need to get some bookcases ... but I did manage to get myself a desk yesterday! So here how it is looking so far if you fancy a nosey ...

Before you ask yes the curtains are DEFINITELY going they just came with the house lol the two bookcases should fit on the wall to the left so until then I've gotta wait until I can get the rest of my goodies to their new home :)
