J&C Creations - Umbrella Man!

Good Morning!

As you will have gathered by now this week's theme at the J&C CREATIONS BLOG is Mini Books / Tags! For today's creation I have decorated a tag that would be great to give to any male.

To start creating your background swipe 3 Distress Paints of your choice over the tag and spray liberally with water, then heat set. Blend the edges of the tag with Distress Ink.

Using a background stamp cover the opposite corners with the stamped design using Picket Fence Distress Paint. I have also used the Second Generation Stamping Technique which is where you stamp again without re-inking the stamp.

Using Archival Ink I have stamped a character stamp off centre and a sentiment onto seperate card which I have then inked up to match the tag. I then added a strip of film-strip ribbon down one side.

To finish off the tag I added some Distress Stain & Paint to a piece of Seam Binding Ribbon which I then looped through the top and last but not least I added some buttons to the left corner!
