J&C Creations - Spellbinders with Inks & Blog Hop Winner!

Good Morning!
I can't remember when I've had so many cards ready to share with you since moving ... let's hope I manage to keep it up! lol Before I get onto today's card it is time to reveal my Joanna Sheen Autumn Blog Hop Winner which is .....
Please can you e-mail me within 7 days with your postal address so I can pass it on to get your prize posted out.

Today's card is for our new theme this week over at the J&C CREATIONS blog which is using Spellbinders with Inks! For my card I have used a die-cut image from a Spellbinders die, secured it down onto white card and simply swiped distress stains over the top using the die-cut as a mask.

Spellbinders Shapeabilities Shadow Flowers S5-006

Oh, that's a gorgeous effect! I like how the cut-out tree sort of transitions into the masked tree because you've put the one on top of the other.
