J&C Creations - Traditional Christmas & Birthday Antics!

* WARNING : LOTS OF PICTURES ... SO YOU BEST GET COMFY!*
Good Morning!
Well what a day yesterday was! But before I share with you all the news from GNPE and the gorgeous Birthday Cards I have received from fellow crafters I've got a card to share with you all that I posted on the J&C CREATIONS BLOG yesterday. As you know this week we have been focusing on dies and the theme was 'Traditional Christmas', the card I have made is featuring one of the gorgeous Marianne's Designs dies. I forgot to mention on Monday that my post for them then was a basic tutorial on Die Cutting which you can find HERE.

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
WILD ORCHID CRAFTS - ANYTHING GOES
SIMON SAYS STAMP - GLIMMER & SPARKLE
(I have added Glimmer Mist and Twinklets Glitter to each flower)

INGREDIENTS -
Penny Black Stamp
Marianne's Designs 'Sleigh' Die
Cuttlebug 'Snow Dots' & 'Script' Embossing Folders
Paper Doily, Flowers & Silver Berries from WOC
Stickles - Frosted Lace
Cheesecloth, Ribbon, Twinklets & Dew Drops from my stash

INKS USED -
Distress Ink - Black Soot

As you know it was my birthday yesterday and I couldn't let it go by without sharing all the lovely cards I received from fellow crafters ... beautiful aren't they???

Before I go I just thought I'd let you know that GNPE went really well and I thoroughly enjoyed my day ... I spent it demo-ing how to make creations using Distress Stains & Frantage! Gorgeous glitter so of course I ended up having to buy some for myself ... along with a few other items!
Quite well behaved you'd say but this is before I spent a further £90+ when I got home on the internet ....

Of course I couldn't share this without adding some photo's of the samples that I made!
I created the flowers myself by starting with some plain white flowers, inking them up and finishing off with a script stamp, clear embossing powder and frantage glitter!!! As you can see there is quite a variety of samples so if you would like any details on products used on any of them just pop me an e-mail and Il be glad to tell you.

Thanks for popping by & I hope you didn't mind the long post!
HAPPY CRAFTING!
