PBSC - Hot Metal & Some Great News!

Good Morning!

Yup I have do indeed have another Christmas Card to share with you all today! For some reason this week I have been in a rather festive mood lol I have some great news to share before showing you the card though related to PBSC! This week not only are we welcoming our new sponsor J&C CREATIONS who I have just started designing for but also our old teamie JACQUI who helps run the store with Jenny back to the Deisgn Team after taking a little break !!! Yipeee !!!

This week at PBSC our challenge is Hot Metal! We'd like to see some metal somewhere on your creations. I decided to twist the theme a little bit and use silver embossing powder to create a metal effect.

A Penny Black Christmas Card for J&C Creations!

Good Morning!

As part of designing for J&C Creations I get to make an extra 3 creations a month using products by the brand selected for the main blog as well as creating something for the challenge blog. Today I am sharing with you the first of the extra three which is a Christmas Card! The brand of choice for June are Penny Black and I have had this stamp for a while ... naughtily this is the first time I have used it!

Sweet Wishes Quick Card!

Good Morning!

Thank you for all the lovely comments recently, I know I say it a lot but they really are a pleasure to read and I'l try to return the favour to those that I haven't yet during this week :) Before I get onto today's card I'd like to share with you a sneak peek of the Papercraft Inspirations August Issue as one of my cards has been published in the 'What's out there ... beautiful blogs' pages !!! They have used one of my C&S Penny Black Cards :) You can see it in the bottom left corner when it's printed... I can't wait to get my hands on a copy on the 4th of July!

Today's card is something I made quickly as I wanted to try out making another quick card using a splash of crackle paint!

I have used 3D Gloss on the Blue flower seeing it is on top of the other two to make it stand out just a little bit more! I also used 3D Foam Squares on all three before placing on my card.

Well today I am back at Work Experience until Friday evening so I won't get a chance to do any more crafting until the weekend :( ... So it's a good job I got a fair bit done over the weekend isn't it to share with you all until then! Summer Tilda Tag!

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I've been able to have a 4 day weekend myself as this week I am at Work Experience Tues - Fri instead of Mon - Thurs so you can guess what I will be doing today!

PBSC - Fly The Flags!

Good Morning!

I can't believe how much the weather has changed since the start of the week!

It's gone from really hot bright sunshine to torrential rain pour! 

I managed to get a snap of the Olympic Torch outside Work Experience on Monday which I didn't really expect to do ... and then yesterday morning I got a snapshot of the sight that greeted me outside the window ... however I didn't mind this as I was staying in all day for a Crafting Day :) 

I have also found out that I have had another win!!! It certainly seems to be my lucky week!

I won this week's challenge over at Lilli's Little Fairies!!! Yipeee!!!
