My Favourite Cards from 2019 ... Part 2!

Good Morning!
I'm back with the second part of my favourite cards from 2019.
Admittedly there are a couple of Christmas cards that have sneaked in ...

JULY
Christmas in July is perfectly normal for a Crafter, I usually start my Christmas cards around this time. This design was released from LOTV this year and was on my favourite Christmas designs that came out.
AUGUST
Back to something more seasonal is this birthday card using a Gnome stamp by Stamping Bella. Gnomes aren't everyone's cup of tea but isn't he a sweetie?!
SEPTEMBER
Flying us into Autumn is this Fairy from The Paper Shelter, I used a natural colour scheme and added some sparkle to her wings.
OCTOBER
LOTV are also known for their Vintage Boy stamps and this is another new design that came out this year. It always feels strange to me not adding flowers to my cards, but I managed to substitute them with some little star buttons.
NOVEMBER
Back to the Gardening theme with this card, I found this stamped image in my stash which I'd shamefully forgotten about so inked her up as soon as I had the chance! She's by Hanglar & Stanglar but unfortunately I don't have the actual stamp and I also don't know it's name!
This is another card that I've got sitting on a shelf in my Craft room.
DECEMBER
Finally I had to cheat a little with this month's selection, it's actually from November but I'd already used all my December favourite's in my Top 5 Christmas Card post! This stamp is from LOTV which came out a few years ago, I love the vintage style of it.
Well I hope you've enjoyed looking at my card selection!
Hopefully you'l join me in 2020 along with whatever new creations I make!
HAPPY CRAFTING!

My Favourite Cards from 2019 ... Part 1!

Good Morning!
Just like my previous post I'm back with some of my favourite creations from this year. Instead of choosing 5 I've decided to select my favourite card from each month instead! It's nice to do this each year as I always come across cards that I'd forgotten I'd made. Today I'm sharing 6 from the start of the year and I'l be back on New Years Eve with the rest!

JANUARY
Soft pastel colours of Yellow and Green are one of my favourite combinations and this LOTV stamp is also a favourite of mine. It's great to use for a few different occasions and who doesn't like Daffodils?
FEBRUARY
Well I couldn't choose something that wasn't love themed could I? This large sentiment stamp is another stamp from LOTV and I think that these statement designs are great for showing off pretty design papers.
MARCH
Another cute Animal Stamp but this time it's using an older stamp by Penny Black released quite a few years ago. I kept the card a little simpler to usual so that all the focus was on the stamped image.
APRIL
Continuing the theme of Pastel Colours, I think it must be a seasonal thing for me! lol
These bunnies are also by Penny Black and is another oldie but a goodie!
MAY
As a Gardener I have to say that this is one of my favourite stamps, it's from Stamping Bella. Infact I have the card sitting on a shelf in my Craft Room, I don't think I could bear to part with it!
JUNE
Finishing off today's post is this Bridesmaid card using a stamp from LOTV. I've had my eye on this design for years but only bought the digi of it this year. I don't usually make Wedding cards but I really wanted to ink up this image, so I gave into temptation! lol
Thanks for taking a look, I hope you all have a lovely Weekend and as I mentioned before, I'l be back on Tuesday!
HAPPY CRAFTING!

My Favourite 5 Christmas Cards of 2019!

Good Morning!
I honestly can't believe that today is Christmas Eve already, it seems to take forever to get November out of the way and then December steams in out of nowhere! Unfortunately I've got work this afternoon until 9:30pm but as soon as that shift is over I'l be in full Christmas mode (the joys of working in retail)

Today I'd like to share with you my favourite 5 Christmas Cards that I've made this year, I've been doing this for years and always look forward to creating this post.
I hope you enjoy looking at them ...
I'l admit now, I ended up choosing 6 in the end as I couldn't narrow my choices down anymore, oops!

First up is a card using a colour combination that I don't usually use, White and Gold. I love the clean finish it provides and of course everybody loves a bit of Gold at Christmas! The stamp is one of my favourite Snowman designs and was released a few years ago by Magnolia. Unfortunately I don't have it anymore but I wish I still did!
My second card is using one of the Vintage Boy designs by Lili of the Valley. LOTV in my eyes are one of the best stamp companies for when you need to make cards for males. This one is my favourite of their Christmas designs ... plus it also includes a Snowman!
Next up is a Clean and Simple card, from time to time I like to make something simpler to my usual style. This stamp was released by Penny Black this year and I coloured the foliage with pencils and finished off the berries with my copics.
This card uses another design from Lili of the Valley which was released this year.
Teamed with a traditional colour scheme this stamp looks ever so cute!
Second to last but not least is this card using a cool colour scheme and a stamp by Stamping Bella. I think it came out last year but I only purchased it this year when it was in a sale, I couldn't resist!
The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley but I think it paired up with the image perfectly.
Last up is a card that I couldn't help but add. Magnolia stamps were one of the very first I used when I started crafting but have been a little bit neglected in recent years. After sifting through my collection of stamped images when I made the snowman card shown earlier, I found this sweet tilda that I just had to make into a card.
Well I hope you've all enjoyed having a look at my favourite Christmas creations for this year, why not play along and do the same thing? I'l be back on New Year's Eve with my favourite 5 cards of the year that aren't Christmas related.

All that's left to say is Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!

Penny Black Saturday December Challenge!

Good Morning!
It's time for a new challenge over at PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE today and the theme is 'Anything Goes + Option of Sparkle & Shine!'

I've created a clean and simple card today and kept it as minimal as possible for me! I even kept the stamped image as black and white for the simplistic look. The stamp I've used is an oldie but one of my all time favourites!
Unfortunately you can't tell on the photograph, but I have added some frantage embossing powder over the main image for an extra wintery effect ... I really need to find a way to improve my photographs of Clean & Simple cards.

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges -
