Another quick and simple post from me again today I'm afraid ... this week's challenge over at PAPERTAKE WEEKLY is a Sketch! I have had these gorgeous papers for years but never really used to them due to the fact they were so gorgeous and I found them tricky to match with my style at the time of buying them. However now that I have started experimenting more with the distressed style I think these go perfect with that style!

Christmas In July!

Good Morning!

Well it's back to Work Experience again today, luckily I managed to get all my DT stuff made yesterday even if it did take me all day and my day off went by in a flash! lol Ah well my next day off is Thursday and then I finish on Friday so it's not all bad :) Can I just say a HUGE THANK YOU for all the comments, I really do appreciate them and love reading them! I am trying to repay the favor but I don;t always have time so I do hope you don't think I don't appreciate them ... because I do :)

Before I show today's card I thought you'd like a little peek at the latest arrival in my craft space ...

The gorgeous stamps are from a Creative Inspirations Sponsor for future challenges that they are providing the prize for, sea shells are from work that I think will look great on altered art projects and lastly a new paper trimmer! I'd been meaning to get a new one for ages and it's such a relief now that I have one that actually cuts in a straight line! lol

I decided to dig out my Copics again and colour Tilda in using them :) However I still used Distress Ink on the holly. I also covered the larger star with Distress Ink and the smaller with stickles!

Another Birthday Card!

Good Morning!
First off let me apologise for not coming back with another card to share yesterday afternoon, even though I had got up early and planned the day ahead absolutely nothing went to plan and the card I had intended to share messed up! However I did spot something to cheer me up a little ... I found out I was picked for the Top 3 over at ...

Woop so that was a lovely suprise!

Today's card is a quick make as I had to make sure that I definitely had something to share today after yesterday lol I had been waiting for these stamps to arrive for a few weeks and couldn't wait to have a play with them.

Selling Some Of My Christmas Magnolia's!

Well today is my day off from Work Experience so you just know that it will be spent doing some of next week's DT Projects and something to share on the days in between :)

Charisma Cardz - Monochromatic!

Good Morning!

Another short and sweet post from me today, I decided to join in with this weeks Charisma Challenge (I usually do it every fortnight as we have 2 DT Teams) as I had a little time to do so on Monday.

Papertake Weekly - Make Your Own ...

Good Morning!

Thank you for the comment on yesterday's post, I'l let you all know how it goes down when he opens it next month! Today I have something the complete contrast to share but not before showing you another item that arrived yesterday ... I had been wanting one of these gorgeous bags for ages and finally bought one last Friday .. I just couldn't resist!

Of course now that I have it I have to find a way of getting the 'Subway' design one and I am also debating colouring this one in with alcohol inks ... but I also don;t want to ruin it so may need another copy of it ... oh dear oh dear !!! lol

This week the challenge at PAPERTAKE WEEKLY is to Make Your Own ... so basically we want to see something that you have created yourself on your creation! I have created my own flowers by using the gorgeous 'Tattered Florals' Die by Tim Holtz, Prima Flowers and Dew Drops.
