Everybody Art - Monochromatic Brown!

Wow I finally managed to get this DT Project done on time for once lol
This week at EVERYBODY ART we have the theme of Monochromatic Brown. Which means we only want to see shades of Brown on your work :)

I fancied making something a little different this time so I fished out a blank tag I'd had for a while and decided to decorate it.

Sharing Some News !!!

Good Evening!

Well I thought I would share some brilliant news with you all, I'm getting a Puppy!

Just like Millie she is a Wire-Haired Daschund.

I went to go pick her out on Friday Evening, boy it was hard they were all adorable, eventually I managed to pick one even though as soon as I set my eyes on them I'd decided! There were 3 Girls and 2 Boys.When I walked in only one pup looked up and she stole my heart straight away :)

We get to bring her home around the 16th of December ... I have decided to call her Holly seeing she will be home in time for christmas!
Here's a pic of the Pups, Holly is the one on the right of the 3 huddled together.

I am a little worried about how Millie will take to her, were going to introduce them slowly seeing she is a bit of a jealous dog but were hoping she will mother her :)

Just so she isn't left out on this post here's some pics of her being grumpy when getting a bath this afternoon!

PBSC - All My Favourite Things!

I decided to use acetate when using my Cuttlebug Snowflake Die, I then added some twinklets and an adhesive stone. I love how sparky it comes out although it is a bit of a pain to photo! lol
To my other snowflakes I add stickles and adhesive stones.

Creative Inspirations - A Pink Christmas!

Good Morning!

Well atleast today's post is on time unlike yesterday! lol

This week at CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS we have the theme of A Pink Christmas!

If you look closely I have added Stickles to the bauble Tilda is holding, although you may be able to spot it easier in the header. I also wanted it to look like Tilda was sitting on the ribbon, what do you think?

I used 3D Foam squares on Tilda's legs to make it look more realistic but unfortunately the pic doesn't pick it up too well.

Everybody Art - Un-Traditional Christmas!

Good Morning!

This week at EVERYBODY ART we have the theme of Un-Traditional Christmas for you to play along with.

I decided to make an Easel Card as this isn't a very traditional card shape.

I have used the technique of Masking on this card, If you would like to learn how to do it I have a tutorial in my right column.

I have also added a little part for a Tag so I can write a message to the person who receives this.
