Today's card has been given an Orange scheme seeing it's Summer but I have to admit it's my least favourite colour to work with! lol It's always good to push yourself though :)

Good Morning!

Today we have a new challenge at PAPERTAKE WEEKLY of Anything Goes + Option of Torn Paper! I kept my card rather simple and decided to dig out my Distress Inks & Frantage as it's been a while since I used either of them. Straight away I knew which stamp set to use, my new 'Stylised Woodlands' by Tim Holtz.

Also incase you didn't know I have a CHRISTMAS BLOG which is where you can guess I upload all my Christmas creations making them easier to find, and seeing I seem to have started them for this year it's back up and running!

I know it's a bit unusual me posting on a Sunday but after some happy post arrived yesterday I couldn't wait to have a play! As I am sure most of you know there was a new release at LOTV this week and I couldn't wait to place an order! It arrived yesterday morning and today's card is what I came up with.

MMCS Challenge - Clean & Simple!

Good Morning!

It's the first of August today so instead of sharing my weekly MMCS card I have my challenge card instead! This month over at the MY MUMS CRAFT SHOP BLOG we have the challenge of Clean & Simple!

A perfect theme for when you need to make a quick card. 

I kept mine very simple indeed by just stamping a sentiment and image, I kept them both black but I am in two minds about whether I should have coloured the fairy or not, so indecisive lol I finished the card by adding some heart embellishments which can be found along with the stamps over at the MMCS website!
