Creative Inspirations - Anything Goes!

Good Morning!
Well as predicted the Postman came during the 2 hours that I popped out for yesterday :( Even though I had left a note asking him to put my parcel somewhere but it seems it required a signature, just my luck! Also for some reason you have to wait until the next day to pick up your parcel at the depot so me and one of the doggies shall be taking a wander later this morning! Ah well if it the parcel I am thinking of it'l be worth it ....

Also have you seen this gorgeous giveaway over on THE RIBBON GIRL blog to celebrate the Olympics??? Such a yummy bundle that I am definitely keeping my fingers crossed for!

Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes + An Option of Felt!

Good Morning!
I'l tell you now it is certainly weird not having a proper routine any more due to my Work Experience ending last week, I feel a little out of sorts! However I have applied for a part-time job I saw advertised last week which actually has enough hours that I need for a change, so please keep your fingers crossed for me! It's been a right struggle recently trying to find anything with the minimum amount of hours that I need around where I live :( I'm also hoping this will keep the Job Centre happy that I'm visiting this morning as I don't really fancy doing another 8 week work trial that is unpaid ... As much as I loved my time at The Works I don't think I could do it again somewhere else ... Anyway I shall stop waffling and get on with today's card!

Today's card is for our brand new challenge over at PAPERTAKE WEEKLY which is Anything Goes with the added option of including Felt on your creations! As much as I try to include the options with these Anything Goes challenges I just couldn't do it for this one as I can't stand the stuff! lol

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
TILDA'S TOWN - VINTAGE
SHABBY TEA ROOM - SOFT NEUTRALS
(RIBBON, PEARLS, IMAGE)

To keep the colour scheme flowing I stamped Tilda in Coffee Archival Ink instead of Black like I usually do.

INGREDIENTS -
Magnolia Stamp & Papers
Sentiment Stamp by Cat's Life Press
Cuttlebug 'Script' Embossing Folder
MS Branch Punch
Flowers from WOC
Paper Doily, Cheesecloth, Ribbon, Twinklets, Dew Drops & 3D Gloss from my stash

Archival Ink - Coffee
Copic Ciao Markers - C1, E00, E21, E31, E33, R20
Distress Ink - Antique Linen

Thanks for popping by and enjoy your day, I'm hoping the Postie reads the note I leave him whilst I'm at the Job Centre as a new crafty item is meant to be delivered this morning! Typically on the only day that I have plans to go out!

Have A Sunny Day!

Good Morning!
I hope you all enjoyed your weekends, mine was full of watching the Olympics and a few attempts at crafting ... that didn't exactly go to plan. First off today's card was meant to be my second GDT Card for Totally Tilda but me being the blonde that I am didn't realise Edwin couldn't be used ... therefore my card couldn't be used. You'd of thought that the name would've made me realise but nope it appears common sense had gone for a wander away from me that day! Secondly I had started to alter a notebook but I had a little disaster with the Crackle Paint so I am still trying to salvage that right now! lol
However one thing did manage to go right for me over the weekend and that was the Birthday Cake I made for my mum ... Chocolate Sponge with Chocolate Butter-Cream Filling and Melted Milk Chocolate drizzled on top ... Teamed with Double Cream it was certainly delish but something you couldn't have if you were watching the waistline!

Okay so today's card is just a little card to share fun due to my lack of common sense ... you may recognise the Seashell from one of the packs I bought just over a week ago, I knew they'd come in handy!

I'd like to enter it into the following challenges:
(RIBBON,PEARLS,IMAGE)
I have classed Dew Drops as Pearls but if this is not allowed please let me know :)

INGREDIENTS -
Magnolia Stamps & Papers
Flowers from WOC
Mesh from the The Ribbon Girl
Ribbons, Seashell, Dew Drops, Twinklets & 3D Gloss from my stash

INKS USED -
Copic Ciao Markers - C1, C3, E00, E21, E31, E33, R20, B93

Lastly I have added some more CRAFT ITEMS FOR SALE to the page above so if you would like anything just click the pic below, they all need a new home!

Thanks for popping by!
