Creative Inspirations - Sketch!

Good Morning!

Before I get onto this weeks Challenge I would just like to quickly let you know that we will not be having a Challenge next week, we are taking a week off for Christmas so this week's Challenge will last for 2 WEEKS NOT 1!

Our Challenge this week at CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS is a Sketch!

Instead of using my Cuttlebug Snowflakes on this card I decided to go for my Sizzix ones.
There are a combination of ones made out of Acetate covered in Twinklets and White Card ones covered in White Glitter.

I have embossed the white piece of card using an Embossing Folder & Embossing Powder.

My SC&P Prize Has Arrived!

Good Afternoon!

I was planning on waiting until later this week before I showed you my prize but I just couldn't! lol As you know I was a Runner Up in the SC&P Card Maker of the Year Competition, well my prize of £200 worth of Craft Goodies arrived today!

There are quite a few photographs but I thought you'd like to see what I got properly lol

Things Really Do Happen In Three's!

Good Morning!

I don't have a card to share with you today but I do have yet more news!

This proves to me that things really do happen in three's lol

First I was a winner on the Bunny Zoes Blog Hop, then I found out I was a Runner Up in the Simply Cards & Papercraft Card Maker of the Year Competition and now I have won last weeks Challenge at Sketch Saturday!

I think that's three great christmas presents rolled into one! lol

Tilda Decorating The Tree!

Good Morning!

I made this card on Friday as I've had this image lying around on my desk for ages waiting to be coloured in and finally got around to doing so.

This card fits the Challenge at:

JUST MAGNOLIA - CHRISTMAS CARD

I have added some PaperMania Adhesive Gem Dots to the Christmas Tree in White & Blue to look like Christmas Lights.

Yet again I have also done my technique with the Cuttlebug Snowflakes and Embossed Paper. Unlike yesterday I used Holographic Embossing Powder instead of Silver Pearl.

PBSC - The Holly & The Ivy!

Good Morning!

This week at PBSC we have the theme of The Holly & The Ivy which means we want to see some Christmas Flowers / Plants on your projects this week!

I had to think about this one but then I suddenly realised I had a stamp that would fit in with the theme really well, shockingly I hadn't even used this stamp beforehand!

Here is a closeup.
You can see my usual arrangement of Cuttlebug Snowflakes along with embossed cardstock using Silver Pearl Embossing Powder and White Powder around the edges for a snow effect.

Tilda Christmas Angels!

Good Evening!

I hope you are all well, I'd just like to quickly say Thank You to all the lovely messages I received for becoming a Runner Up in the Cardmaker of the Year Competition, It was really nice of you!

I am currently in a bit of a grump as I have a awful chesty Cough and throat that feels like daggers whenever I try to talk :( Hopefully it will go soon!

Today I managed to do what I had meaning to for a while, make some Tilda Christmas Angels! I have made one in Blue & Pink and one Red & White.

These fit the Challenge at:

I used a template in the latest Magnolia Ink Magazine for these Decorations.
